We have 18 years of experience as successful Realtors buying and selling homes in the Greater Lansing area.  As lifetime residents, we have intimate knowledge of Lansing and the surrounding real estate markets.  We know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions and what it takes to assist you in making good real estate decisions.

Jim is a full time Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood.  His many designations include:

"Associate Broker" - Associate Broker is an agent that has met the educational and production qualifications for a real estate broker's license but who works jointly with and is employed by another broker.  Jim proudly works as an Associate Broker with Briarwood Realty Co.

"E-Pro" - Electronic Professional is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and endorsed by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  This program certifies Jim as an internet professional in communicating effectively with the online consumer.

"ABR" - Accredited Buyers Representative is a designation from the Real Estate Buyer's Council that certifies that Jim is specifically representing the real estate consumer and serving as his clients' advocate and fiduciary in the purchase of property.

"CRS" - Certified Residential Specialist is a symbol of achievement in education and residential sales experience.  This certifies that Jim is abreast of the latest marketing skills needed for a successful real estate sale and has met the sales requirements.

Jim also enjoys serving on the Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club of Delta Township.  Jim has been chosen to teach real estate courses, has participated in leading statewide real estate panel discussions and is consistently a top producing agent at Coldwell Bamker Hubbell BriarWood Realty Co. 

Pam is also a full time Realtor for Coldwell Banker Hubbell BriarWood Realty with 19 years of real estate experience.  Pam is proficient in preparing accurate market analysis's for determining a correct selling price for sellers and helping in the process of choosing homes to view for buyers.  Jim & Pam have been married for 37 years and successful real estate partners for 19 years.  We are members of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors (GLAR), Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  We adhere to a strict code of ethics, which is a promise of performance and professionalism.  As full-time agents we are able to keep you up-to-date with the freshest listings and conditions as they impact the market.
